Участь у семінарі "Етикет комунікації з військовими та родинами військових" | Participation in the Seminar “Communication Etiquette with Military Personnel and Military Families”

Працівники БФ "Карітас" взяли участь у семінарі, організованому БО "Дерево Мого Життя" в рамках проекту Карпатської платформи. Тема семінару: "Етикет комунікації з військовими та родинами військових, людьми, які пережили травматичний досвід і які досі переживають травматичні події".

Цей захід був спрямований на розвиток навичок ефективної комунікації та підтримки людей, які зазнали травматичних переживань. Ми вважаємо цей досвід надзвичайно важливим, оскільки одним з основних напрямків нашої діяльності є робота з родинами загиблих та зниклих безвісти військовослужбовців. Вміння делікатно взаємодіяти з ними є основою для надання моральної підтримки, формування довіри та допомоги в переживанні втрати.

Щиро вдячні організаторам за можливість здобути нові знання і навички, які допоможуть нам у нашій роботі.

 PARTICIPATION IN THE SEMINAR “COMMUNICATION ETIQUETTE WITH MILITARY PERSONNEL AND MILITARY FAMILIES”

The staff of the Caritas Foundation participated in a seminar organized by the NGO "The Tree of My Life" as part of the Carpathian Platform project. The seminar’s focus was on "Communication Etiquette with Military Personnel and Families, as well as with People Who Have Experienced Traumatic Events and Are Still Living Through Them".

This event was aimed at those working with people who have gone through traumatic experiences, as well as anyone interested in developing skills for providing support and effective communication. This experience was invaluable for us as one of the core activities of our foundation involves working with the families of fallen and missing soldiers. The ability to interact delicately with them is crucial for providing moral support, building trust, and helping them cope with loss.

We are truly grateful to the organizers for the opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills, which will enhance our work.
